Delivery, Date & Timescales All our Standard furniture products are delivered to your home in 7-10 Days. With possible delays depending on the availability of specific fabrics for custom beds. Special Design & Size can take up to 2 weeks, If there is any issue our team will contact you.
Our delivery is free to most Uk areas. However, there is a small charge for some areas.
Your delivery date will be sent via text message. We will also send you an email confirmation about the delivery date. You will be notified via email or text message about the estimated time of delivery.

Damage or Faulty
Check the furniture before the courier leaves. Even you’re not going to use it straight away. If there is any visible damage, then let the courier know. If we are notified of visible damage once the courier has left then a return/replacement won’t be issued. If later on, you realize there is internal damage/Missing something then we will still look into it and our technical team will contact you but you need to send us the images of the damaged part.
Top tips about furniture
We know you’re excited to get your hands on our stunning furniture. However, if you have ordered furniture from us. We advise you not to dispose of your old one until you’ve received your new one & happy with it.
These are custom-made beds, therefore you can’t return or exchange the bed unless damaged or faulty.
Damaged or Faulty
Anything that is damaged or faulty we will make it our priority to repair or replace and also collect and deliver it on priority as well. We accept damaged or Faulty returns & offer refunds up to 14 days after delivery. For returns & refunds Get in touch via 07440570537. (WhatsApp only Please).
You must measure the room furniture will be placed in, the furniture comes in standard sizes and cannot be altered.
We collect it and the collection can take up to 8-14 days only in case the item is delivered Damaged or faulty by the company.
If the item & package is dirty, damaged, or not well-maintained, we won’t be able to accept the return. For a successful return & collection, your furniture needs to be Damaged or Faulty.
For health & safety reasons, we cannot accept or collect your furniture if it’s been used.
Can you deliver at the weekend?
Yes. We can, weekend delivery is available for £30 extra.
Can I change my delivery date?
Yes. We can arrange your delivery for another day. You may change your delivery date at least 2 days before the delivery date, any changes past this cut of time will incur a £60 Charge. A standard delivery is to your front door/hallway or lobby. If you require delivery to a room of your choice, this is available at an additional cost of £20..
Can I rearrange my delivery after a missed delivery?

I missed the delivery, what do I do next?

How much do damage furniture returns cost?
For returning a Damaged or Faulty item, we won’t charge.
How long will my refund take ?
Please allow us 10 working days for the funds to reach your bank account. Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. you can cancel your order within 24 hours after purchase. Contact us at : 07440570537. (WhatsApp only Please). we’ll cancel it & give you a full refund. We won’t charge. You won’t be able to cancel your order after 24 hours.
