Because these are custom-made beds, therefore you can’t return or exchange the bed unless damaged or faulty.
Damaged or Faulty
For anything that is damaged or faulty, we will make it our priority to repair or replace and also collect and deliver it on priority as well. We accept damaged or Faulty returns & offer refunds up to 14 days after delivery. For returns & refunds Get in touch via +44 7440570537. (WhatsApp only Please).
Reminder
You must measure the room furniture will be placed in, the furniture comes in standard sizes and cannot be altered.

Please allow us 10 working days for the funds to reach your bank account.
Conditions for Refund
If the item & package is dirty, damaged, or not well-maintained, we won’t be able to accept the return. For a successful return & collection, your furniture needs to be Damaged or Faulty.
For health & safety reasons, we cannot accept or collect your furniture if it’s been used
Cancellations
We collect it and the collection can take up to 8-14 days only in case the item is delivered is Damaged or faulty by the company.
